The Virginia Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (VATOA) is a professional association composed of individuals serving Virginia citizens through city and county government and regional authorities in the development, regulation, and administration of cable television and other telecommunications systems. VATOA is a chapter of the national organization, the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (NATOA).
